Requires full legal name and previous residence address OR full legal name and social security number. If these parameters can't be met then a Standard Locate is required. We focus on identifying a new residence address. Commercial credit header databases and public records are examined to identify the two most recently reported residence addresses. We then attempt to contact the landlord, neighbors or occupants to confirm your subject is at this address. We can prioritize the results in 4 business days for an added fee of $200. If one is attempting to serve a subpoena the Locate Investigation is $600. A 4 business day rush is $350 extra.
Standard Locate Investigation regarding one individual $475
If you do not have a full name and social security number OR previous residence address you must use this format. We focus on identifying a current residence address. Commercial credit header databases are examined to identify the two most recent residence addresses. We then attempt to contact a landlord, neighbors or occupants to confirm your subject is at this address. We can prioritize the results in 4 business days for an added fee of $200. If one is attempting to serve a subpoena the Locate Investigation is $675. 4 business day rush is $350 extra.
Standard Locate Investigation - Business Entity $500
Requires full legal name and previous address or additional fees will be charged to develop this information. We focus on identifying a new business address. We can prioritize the results in 4 business days for an added fee of $150. Efforts will include locating the registered agent if no active business address can be identified. If we cannot identify an active business address or an address for the registered agent, then an Expanded Business Locate Investigation is required.
Expanded Business Locate Search $400
Requires a Standard Located Investigation first. This is an effort to identify and confirm a current address for the president, or other officer of a corporation, limited liability company or limited partnership. 3 business day turnaround is available for an extra $150.
Locate Investigation for Service by Publication For One Individual $600
We require a full name and previous address or additional fees will be charged to develop this information. Los Angeles courts require significant effort to qualify for service by publication. This effort will include a search of tax assessor records, Uniform Commercial Code filings, professional licensing records, corporation records, fictitious business names and postal forwarding requests for all recent addresses. We also attempt contact the listed telephone numbers developed on commercial credit-header databases. There is no way to rush this assignment. Postal stations may respond to forwarding information requests in three weeks or two months. If the client can confirm in writing that less research effort is required to qualify for a Service by Publication in different judicial district, then we can reduce this fee accordingly.
Standard Employment Search $500
Requires full legal name and social security number. We search business records, specialized databases and contact relevant parties to identify employment or business activity. 4 business day turnaround available for an added fee of $200.
General Partnership Locate $650
Requires full business name and previous business address. We will attempt to identify a current address of one of the partners to effect service of process. 4 business day rush for $350 extra.
